Wooden and Metal Building Financing Options from Nu-Dā

At Nu-Dā, we’re dedicated to making your purchase as easy and affordable as possible. We offer two options for garage, carport, wooden, or metal building financing:

Traditional Financing

Traditional financing options are available through Lendmark. Flexible terms are available at a fixed interest rate for anyone with approved credit.

There’s no penalty for paying off your loan early or making additional payments to reduce your total interest paid.

If you choose a traditional financing option, you can complete your credit application at our office in Covington, click the link below, or scan this QR code. We’ll inform you immediately if you’re approved and can order your building that day!

Rent-to-Own

Rent-to-own financing without a credit check is an easy way to finance your new building. Your building is secured with a first-and-last month rent payment and a $15 filing fee, and your rent payment will be fixed according to the terms of your RTO agreement.

There’s no penalty for paying off your rent-to-own agreement early.

Our Rent-to-Own options are provided by two different companies, depending on what type of building you’re buying:
