Southeastern Buildings warrants that Galvalume roof systems will not rust through and fail for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase.

Southeastern Buildings warrants that painted roof systems will not rust through and fail for a period of 40 years from the date of purchase.

25-Year Siding Rust-Through Warranty

Southeastern Buildings warrants that the steel siding will not rust through and fail for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase.

10-Year Paint Warranty

Southeastern Buildings warrants that the painted finish of the siding will not blister or peel for a period of ten years from the date of purchase.

25-Year Rot and Termite Warranty

Southeastern Buildings warrants that the pressure-treated floor joists and skids will not fail due to rot or termite damage for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase.
